Outdoor Gravel Storage – RVs, Boats, Trailers & Equipment
5 outdoor spots openOutdoor storage includes large, wind-protected gravel pads with good drainage and year-round access. The main pads are not visible from the highway for added privacy and suit RVs, boats, cargo trailers, and farm equipment.
Two gravel pad spots are open, including one that fits a full-size RV. Three new small gravel spots along the side of the building are open for boats stored outdoors and small running vehicles.

Pole Barn – Indoor Cold Storage
Limited AvailabilityBasic indoor cold storage (unheated) for smaller RVs and boats during the winter season. Dirt floor with firm gravel approach and 24-hour recorded surveillance.
The pole barn holds 3–6 vehicles depending on size, and right now only one spot is taken, so nearly the whole barn is open. We're filling the pole barn for winter now. Apply to join Ben's wait list. Winter storage requires the first five months paid up front when you sign.

Shop Building – RV, Car & Boat Indoor Cold Storage
Limited AvailabilityIndoor cold storage (unheated) for larger RVs plus smaller car and boat spaces when available. Nice facility with 14-foot overhead door, concrete floor, and individual lock code entry for secure access.
We expect one full-length 50 ft RV spot and likely two small boat/car spots. Returning customers get first call, so Ben will confirm availability before you make plans. We're looking to fill available shop space on annual contracts.
